Looking for the most famous blog post? Hey, congratulations you've found it, its this one! Now, being TheMostFamous.com on the ol' damn planet its only fair to give a helping hand to others, so this post will (below) contain a small regularly changing...when it suits, time permitting and all that, feature on...who knows what. Today TheMostFamous.com are pleased to give - Caldbeck village - a few bytes of our space.
Now if you're thinking of a trip to the English Lake District do remember to spend a bit of time visiting the northern fells area and especially the gorgeous fell village of Caldbeck. With its lovely old Priests Mill a watermill converted into a craftshop complex a friendly village pub and a duck pond for the kids, dont forget the bread, a few hours in Caldbeck will relieve the stress of the more hectic Lake District tourist hotspots.
Quick fact: The most famous huntsman in 17th century England John Peel lived in the area of Caldbeck.
Search for Caldbeck on Google Images for a peek at this lovely Lakeland fell village, a place we are pleased to give a mention to on our the most famous blog post for March 2011.
